These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“T&C”) define the terms under which Le Catalyst SARL sells digital products (PDF reports and studies) via its e-commerce platform, and the rights and obligations of both parties.
Any purchase on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C by the Buyer.
The products offered are digital PDF files, designed for professional or documentary use, and available for instant download after payment.
Product descriptions and visuals are for information only; only the final delivered file constitutes the contractual content.
Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
Le Catalyst reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, without retroactive effect on confirmed orders.
An invoice is automatically issued and sent by e-mail after payment confirmation.
The Buyer selects the desired digital files, adds them to the cart, and validates the order.
Before final confirmation, the Buyer may verify the order details and total price.
Validation of the order constitutes full acceptance of these T&C and serves as an electronic signature of the sale.
Payments are processed through the secure platform Stripe.
Le Catalyst does not collect or store any banking information; all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
Full payment is required to obtain access to the digital file.
Once payment is confirmed, the Buyer receives:
• a confirmation e-mail, and
• a secure download link for the purchased PDF file.
The download link is personal, non-transferable, and accessible immediately.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered electronically and not supplied on a physical medium, once access has been initiated with the Buyer’s prior consent.
By validating the order, the Buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts this waiver.
No refunds will be issued after access to the file has been granted.
All files remain the exclusive property of Le Catalyst SARL.
Purchase grants the Buyer a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for internal use only.
Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, or communication to third parties, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Le Catalyst shall not be held liable for:
• improper or unauthorized use of the files,
• technical incompatibility or download failure caused by the Buyer’s equipment or connection,
• temporary unavailability of Stripe or hosting services.
In all cases, Le Catalyst’s liability is limited to the total amount of the Buyer’s order.
Personal data collected during the order process is handled in accordance with the Privacy & Cookie Policy available on the Website.
Collected data is limited to what is necessary for:
• processing and fulfilling the order (payment via Stripe),
• sending the download link and invoice (via Brevo),
• compliance with accounting and legal obligations.
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
The Website uses functional cookies and local storage technologies to enable shopping cart and order processing.
No sensitive data is stored.
These elements (product IDs, quantities, totals, language preference) remain on the user’s device for a maximum of 30 days and can be managed through the cookie consent banner.
